PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Voice and Fax Logger is a PC based multichannel system designed to monitor and log voice and fax calls from analog PSTN lines, EAPBX and VHF/UHF radios.

The Voice and Fax Logger is equipped with a built in fax decoder which decodes all the intercepted fax and present in the original format in which they were sent. The Voice Fax Monitoring and Logging system can also be used for audio recording (such as, speech, discussions, telephonic conversation, etc.) received through microphone, telephone, voice modem, radio stations or others sources of recordable sound and stores the data on personal computer in the digital format.

The Voice and Fax Logger is packed with powerful features that you expect from a heavy-duty, high-demand system, such as a user-friendly graphical interface, easy-to-use, call and message play/search functions, and full functionality over LAN.

	Available in 4, 8,16 and 32 Channel configurations.
	Automatic Detection of voice and Fax call.

	LED indication on the front panel gives the current activity of the system.
	On-line monitoring of the call through audio jacks on the front panel.
	Recording of dialed out numbers in both pulse and tone modes.

	Standard RJ-11 Female connector at input port.
	Graphical User Interface: User-friendly GUI for Monitoring and Control. All the messages will get displayed in the GUI.
	Sort options: - Channel number - Dialed number - Date - Calls (in/out) - Call description
	Search Options: - Date/ Time - Channel ID - Phone Number - Calls (in/out) - Call description - Call Duration - Call Start Time - Call End Time
	Record Enable On: - On hook off hook voltage - VOX Trigger or on demand - Pseudo (On detection of ring)
	Retrieval/Replay Options: Local, Over LAN.
	System Security: The user will have a password for logging into the voice and fax interceptor software. User can change password using the "change password" dialog.
	Call Play From GUI: User can play the logged call by double clicking on it or by clicking the play button.
	Label for Each Call: The GUI will display session type (voice or fax), Date, Time, Duration, Dialed/caller Number and Status of all the calls.
	Call Deleting: The system provides facility of deleting a single call or multiple calls.
	System Warning Message: The system will flash a warning message along with a pre-selected warning tone on the GUI screen, e.g. 'Backup drive is full' or 'System storage space exceeds pre-set level of the allotted space' etc.
	Target identification through channel mapping.
	The system provides back-up and restore facility for the Voice Logged data on Hard Disk, CD ROM, DAT Tape.
	Capable of integrating database from various telephone and mobile service providers.
	Interception of facsimile messages.
	Supports following fax protocols : G.711, V.21, V.27ter, V.29, V.17, T.30, T.4 and T.6 recommendations
	Intercepted messages may be viewed, printed or stored on computer hard disk.
